We're seeking an experienced tradesperson to join our clients Technical Help Desk (THD) team. In this role, you'll provide expert technical advice and remote support for our branded products to a diverse range of customers, including plumbers, gas fitters, installers and consumers. Your responsibilities will include:Offering timely and accurate product operation and service informationAssisting with maintenance and diagnostic guidesLiaising with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Distribution, Service and Sales departmentsProviding specialist technical help desk support for Gas Heating products and related ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling systemsWhat We're Looking ForTrade qualifications in plumbing and gas fittingHands-on installation experience with gas ducted heating systems and related equipmentIntermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong telephone communication skills with a confident and courteous demeanorExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesA focus on exceptional customer serviceExperience in refrigerated air conditioning is a plusWhat's on offer:Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 4.30pm and 9am to 5pm, $50 per hour, plus superWe request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
