This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing manufacturing company located in Braeside.We currently have a position for an experienced tradesperson to provide appropriate technical advice and remote support in the Technical Help Desk group (THD) for associated branded products to all customer types; including plumbers, gas fitters, installers, consumers etc. You will liaise with key internal stakeholders; including Engineering, Distribution, Service and Sales departments to provide timely product operation and service information, maintenance and diagnostic guides to our customers.
