About the Role:We are expanding our team to enhance our component repair and refurbishment capabilities. We are looking for a skilled Technical Coordinator with an engineering or mechanical trade background to join our Para Hills West remanufacturing division.
Skills and Duties:Starting in the new year, you will be required to:
Develop repair, refurbish, and reconditioning methods according to the Reman Repair Management SystemDraft and model component assemblies and piece parts in SolidWorks, including designing fixtures and toolsWork closely with the Planning team to ensure all refurbished orders are processed and prioritised for productionGenerate production and repair drawings and documentation, and provide technical support to team leadersBuild and maintain relationships with subcontractors to ensure timely deliveries and control the local technical drawing database for issuing refurbishment work ordersSupport Reman capability and quality projects with data and engineering analysisMinimum Requirements:Degree in Engineering or Mechanical TradeKnowledge of SolidWorks or other similar CAD packages is essentialEngineering knowledge in materials properties and basic stress analysisAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsStrong verbal communication and report writing skillsMust be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testingDiversity and Inclusion:Diversity and inclusion sit at the heart of the Liebherr Group's Core Values.
