We're expanding, and we're looking for a Technical Consulting Manager to lead and mentor our technical consulting team.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:Manage and mentor the technical consulting team, ensuring high performance and professional development.Allocate resources and manage workflows to meet client needs and project deadlines.Technical Consulting:Oversee Protective DNS service architecture and configuration for complex networks.Lead escalated troubleshooting and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.Client Engagement:Present Whalebone solutions to clients and partners, and occasionally travel for meetings and conferencesInnovation & Strategy:Encourage team innovation in automation, technical documentation, and product improvements.
Requirements:
Leadership experience in a technical consulting or support role.Advanced Linux skills, network administration, and deep internet protocol knowledge.Expertise in network administration, including routing, switching, and firewalls.Strong communication, problem-solving.
Nice-to-have:
DNS, Docker, and cybersecurity experience is a plus.Data analysis/miningExperience with malware analysis or triaging
