Our products are dedicated to Telecommunication companies, ISPs, enterprises, public institutions and governments spread across the globe including A1, O2 Telefonica, and many others.

We're expanding, and we're looking for a Technical Consulting Manager to lead and mentor our technical consulting team.

Responsibilities: Team Leadership:Manage and mentor the technical consulting team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Allocate resources and manage workflows to meet client needs and project deadlines.
Technical Consulting:Oversee Protective DNS service architecture and configuration for complex networks.
Lead escalated troubleshooting and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Client Engagement:Present Whalebone solutions to clients and partners, and occasionally travel for meetings and conferences
Innovation & Strategy:Encourage team innovation in automation, technical documentation, and product improvements.
Requirements: Leadership experience in a technical consulting or support role.
Advanced Linux skills, network administration, and deep internet protocol knowledge.
Expertise in network administration, including routing, switching, and firewalls.
Strong communication, problem-solving.
Nice-to-have:

DNS, Docker, and cybersecurity experience is a plus.
Data analysis/mining
Experience with malware analysis or triaging
