The Key activities include but are not limited to: Provide day-to-day administration, monitoring and troubleshooting of the Storage, Compute, Data Perform incident troubleshooting and mitigation actions Drive & run Change requests, tasks & service requests relating to commissioning/decommissioning changes and DC move and refresh activities under established guidelines Follow the established policies, procedures and practices defined by Hitachi for managing the infrastructure Work with the 3rd-party vendors to bring resolution to incidents Create and modify support documentation for the supported environment following established guidelines Provide weekly and monthly operations reports to the Service Delivery Manager for the customer and Hitachi Identify and provide suggestions on continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned account(s) #J-18808-Ljbffr
