The Key activities include but are not limited to:
Provide day-to-day administration, monitoring and troubleshooting of the Storage, Compute, DataPerform incident troubleshooting and mitigation actionsDrive & run Change requests, tasks & service requests relating to commissioning/decommissioning changes and DC move and refresh activities under established guidelinesFollow the established policies, procedures and practices defined by Hitachi for managing the infrastructureWork with the 3rd-party vendors to bring resolution to incidentsCreate and modify support documentation for the supported environment following established guidelinesProvide weekly and monthly operations reports to the Service Delivery Manager for the customer and HitachiIdentify and provide suggestions on continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned account(s) #J-18808-Ljbffr
