As the primary specialist for technical knowledge, you will use your unique skillset to provide coaching and mentoring to claims staff with relation to technical claims matters.You will also use your knowledge of worker's compensation legislation to review and endorse sustainable claims decisions, liaise with legal parties relating to claims disputes, and provide technical reviews to complex claims management strategies.
