Key Responsibilities: The role focuses on driving profitable, sustainable business growth and overseeing sales performance. Developing and implementing sales strategies, managing relationships with key customers, leading product line direction, and supporting the external sales team. Identify market opportunities and create pricing, distribution, and market penetration strategies. Manage the product lifecycle, align it with market needs, and guide the sales team. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar (preferred but not essential) 3+ years experience in a technical sales role selling industrial products or similar A proactive, independent leader with excellent communication and analytical skills Strong market understanding and technical knowledge applied to growth strategies. Strong financial analysis, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills. Ability to operate in a multinational, matrixed environment and influence stakeholders effectively.
