The Opportunity: As the sole Technical BA within the supply chain and operations space, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and our engineering teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in understanding complex business requirements and translating them into actionable user stories for two squads of engineers. This role requires a deep understanding of integrating third-party software with our existing systems using an iPaaS, ensuring seamless operations across our warehouses, supply chain, purchasing, and last-mile delivery network. Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with key stakeholders in warehousing, supply chain, purchasing, and last-mile delivery to gather and analyse business requirements.Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories incorporating technical specifications, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.Work closely with two squads of engineers to prioritise and refine user stories, ensuring clear communication and understanding.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.Evaluate and document the impact of proposed changes on existing systems and processes.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to business requirements, user stories, and system integrations.Conduct thorough testing of new features and functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to business analysis and system integrations.Your Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or supply chain industry.Demonstrated ability to gather and analyse complex business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.Strong understanding of system integrations, particularly involving third-party software and iPaaS solutions.Previously owned technical documentation relating to integration data flows.Experience working in an Agile development environment, with a focus on delivering value iteratively.Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and proactiveness.Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.Why Join?
