Your opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in data analytics to join WBHHS.
The Technical Business Analyst will play a crucial role in working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications.As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving decision-making and providing valuable insights to optimise our healthcare operations.
You will conduct comprehensive analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
The Technical Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, IT professionals, and project managers, to define and document system requirements, conduct gap analysis, and recommend solutions.This position will also support the testing and validation of the various clinical systems, ensuring it meets the established criteria and aligns with industry standards and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the healthcare industry and possess analytical skills to extract meaningful information from complex datasets.2 x Temporary Full Time Position (76 hours p.f.)
from the date of appointment until 30th June 2025, with the possibility of extension. Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $131,052 p.a., comprising salary between $105,568 - $114,861 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5) (Temporary Full Time).
