The role The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible to effectively enhance, develop and help digitally transform Gippsland Water's corporate business systems.
This is an exciting role that will have you work across a range of initiatives and provide you with great exposure to delivering transformational projects.
You will be required to identify business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information.
Working collaboratively with the project management team and broader business you will be focused on identifying the most appropriate and cost effective solution through your technical expertise and engagement with third parties.

You will be a strong team player with a passion in delivering quality customer service, working closely with the internal business and key stakeholders.
What you'll bring A relevant post-secondary qualification and/or extensive experience in a similar role.Demonstrated technical expertise.Experience in leading workshops to determine business and data requirements with various stakeholders, including senior management.Detailed knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance and configuration of Business Systems.A broad understanding of and experience within project management and change management activities with the ability to prioritise and work across multiple initiatives.Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to be able to influence and persuade others in a constructive manner.Freedom We offer a variety of flexible arrangements to suit our employees' varied needs and the business, including purchased leave, varied start and finish times, working from alternative locations and accrued days off.
