We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team, working across three key technical projects focused on in-house software development.

About the Role:
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver critical projects that enhance business operations and technology solutions.
The projects are diverse and require a hands-on approach, combining your technical expertise with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities: Work across three in-house software development projects, providing end-to-end Business Analyst expertise.Facilitate workshops and gather detailed business and technical requirements.Collaborate with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.Analyze and document current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.About You: Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong technical background.Proven experience working on software development projects, preferably in-house systems.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Energy sector experience is a plus, but not essential.Please contact Emily Sharkey for further details on ******
