People Analytics are a team of dedicated HR Analysts, with experience and expertise in analysis and modelling of the range of HR Information right across the analytics life cycle.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work collaboratively with product owners, insights analysts, data scientists and other teams to co-design, build and deploy data solutions.
Convert business needs into functional designs using knowledge of system capabilities, data, rules, and architecture.
Provide support and participate in both functional and non-functional testing to ensure high quality outcomes to solve core business objectives and minimise risks.
Work closely with stakeholders and change management to identify impacts to business processes as a result of system or application changes.
Evaluate effectiveness of solution delivery (SDLC) tools, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
In depth data analysis to help stakeholders take informed business decisions.
Capture workflows, document process changes and coordinate various activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
What we are looking for:
Experience in Technical business analysis.
Strong hands-on SQL experience to develop our data systems and models.
Strong analytical skills i.e. be able to analyse and profile complex data and provide insights.
Experience in functional testing to support business and product teams.
Good communication skills including facilitating workshops, walkthroughs etc. with business, product and analytics teams.
Attention to detail, the ability to work independently and confidently articulate information are critical skills to be successful in this role.
