Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our clients multi-year program. In this role you will ensure the smooth integration of technical solutions within the business.
Key responsibilities include: Adhering to established methodologies and standards to support program deliverables.Collaborating with technical teams to document the technical aspects of applications.Developing an understanding of current systems and documenting business dependencies and technical specifications.Conducting thorough analysis and design to produce business and system processes, requirements, information models, solution outlines, and functional specifications.Creating comprehensive handover documents for program closure.Requirements: Previous experience in a government or equivalent environment.Demonstrated proficiency in the following areas: Defining primary purposes of software products.Identifying and addressing unknown factors affecting business problems.Analysing web services, software programs, and applications.Implementing new advancements in system and enterprise architecture.Integrating new systems and programs with business operations.Documenting technical requirements of projects.Evaluating methods of software product implementation into business operations.Assessing and improving web-based customer portals and support services.Reviewing product licenses to ensure compliance with industry regulations.Ensuring computer hardware compatibility with system updates and enhancements.Note: On-site role with work from home arrangements available.
