About the role We're currently looking for a new Technical Business Analyst to join our Technology Team. The ideal candidate will be looking to move from their software engineering role into a product-focused role. This is a low code / no code environment, where tech governance and engineering practices are highly valued.
We are looking for an applicant that can work effectively in a team environment and has a strong customer service focus. Only applicants who have written code previously will be considered.
Responsibilities include: Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.Working closely with Product Owners and the Technology Manager to deliver on product roadmaps.Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for improvements.Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.Identifying and learning new technologies and their suitability in helping support ongoing improvements and new functionality.Technical design and development of more challenging business problems.Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the business.About you You're someone who will live and breathe the values that we all share, is excited to be part of our journey and committed to making a difference. Other qualifications we would value highly are:
