The Role
The Technical Business Analyst role is a key position within our Betting Product Technology team. You will work closely within the Engineering squads to enable successful project outcomes for the team.
About You
Key Responsibilities/skills:
Clearly understand and communicate the customer and commercial outcomes through to requirement breakdowns.
Manage the delivery team backlog.
Support delivery & release planning by bringing a Customer and Commercial focus.
Deliver business process enhancements as well as technology-based solutions.
Elicit and analyse High-Level requirements from stakeholders using a variety of techniques.
Analyse High-Level Business processes to uncover opportunities for improvement & automation.
Define acceptance criteria and monitor user experience.
Ability to communicate requirements so that expectations are understood by the delivery team, both written and verbally.
