About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst for a Cyber Security Uplift Program of our utility client based in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities: Elicit, document, and socialize functional & non-functional requirements.Manage the requirements lifecycle.Plan and monitor technical and business analysis activities.Conduct process analysis and modeling.Develop option papers, business cases, and benefits realization plans.Navigate across multiple business groups and technical teams within the Digital division.Initial Focus: Support the CyberArk PAM projects, including the implementation of further controls and functionality.Requirements: Proven experience in complex business analysis roles within IAM / CyberArk / PAM projects.Demonstrated experience in the Identity domain as a business analyst.Experience in end-to-end implementations of CyberArk Privileged Cloud (PCloud) or Privileged Access Security (PAS) solutions – highly regarded.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to develop and present project documentation, including option papers and business cases.Experience with security standards (NIST, Essential 8, ASD ISM) (desirable).Knowledge of IGA and IAM technologies (SailPoint, Ping Identity).
