Enterprise Data transformation program!  Initial 12 month contract opportunity within a Federal Government Department Rewarding Daily rates $$$ A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage a skilled  Technical Business Analyst  to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and ensure requirements align to the target architecture and business use cases. The successful  Technical Business Analyst  will be offered a  12 month contract with potential extensions and lucrative daily rates! The successful  Technical Business Analyst  will be responsible for, but not limited to: Develop a traceability framework for project team members to follow to ensure all project deliverables link to an agreed business outcome. Elicit and document business and technical requirements to support the strategy and goals. Analyse and document business processes and data flows to provide current and future state context. Review and provide feedback on business and technical design documents to ensure designs align with expected business outcomes. The successful  Technical Business Analyst  will have experience in the following: Leading hands-on business and technical requirement development and stakeholder validation in a large-scale business data transformation program. Experience implementing Cloud Data Lake and/or Data Warehouse applications and accompany data architecture, with expertise documenting data and process flows to analyse and provide context to business and technical requirements. Practical Agile Delivery framework experience, developing Initiatives, Epics, User Stories, User Acceptance Criteria and other documentation. Strong proficiency with JIRA and Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word is highly desirable.
