We're on the lookout for a skilled Technical Brewer (Internally known as the Production Brewer) to join our collaborative and fun team here in Little Creatures Geelong on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
You'll play a key role in making sure our brews not only taste incredible but are consistently top-notch. If you've got a passion for brewing and a knack for process improvement, keep reading!
What you'll be doing:Collaborating with our amazing brewing team to deliver top-tier products, every time.Championing continuous improvement, tweaking processes to improve our brews.Elevating the quality of our beer with your technical expertise – because good beer matters.Leading the charge on brewing safety and making sure everyone's working smart and safely.What we're looking for:A solid understanding of brewing processes, safety standards, and quality controls.Technical brewing skills (think malt, yeast management, and brewhouse levers – you know the drill).A leader who can foster a positive, engaged, and safety-first culture in the brewery.A continuous improvement mindset – always looking for ways to make things easier, faster, and more cost-effective.Why us?We're not just about making great beer (though that's a big part of it!).
