Two divisions – Santos Energy Solutions and Santos Upstream Gas and Liquids – are accountable for global portfolio management and strategy.About the RoleWe are looking for someone with previous Training Coordination / Training Adviser or strong Training Administration experience ideally within a large company. This role will work with key stakeholders to seek to understand their requirements and help bring them to life in our assessment platform in a planned, timely manner.We can train the system; however, to be successful in this role, you will:have a best practice mindset to training and assessmentthrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmenthave strong attention to detail and a background including planning out projectshave experience using L&D systemsThis role is key to maintain the integrity of the assessment system and ensure alignment across functions. Your expertise will not only maintain data integrity but also ensure that the assessment platform remains robust and responsive, accessible to the communities who use the platform and ultimately empowering our technical communities to thrive.Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Set up new communities, skills, roles and participants in the platform: Become a system expert to provide expertise to participants on how to best deliver and support business requests. Work with communities to maintain their skills, roles and participants and assessors on the platform. Investigate any issues to identify and resolve root causes of problems and implement effective long-term solutions in conjunction with the provider.Keep up to date with any changes on the platform: Deliver early communications and recommend corrections as required. Work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain system knowledge and perform system upgrades as required. Ensure users gain timely access to platform and support guides to enable their self-assessments.Provide set up advice and supporting documentation: To new communities as part of onboarding. Maintain reference documentation for individuals and leaders to self-service queries where possible and escalate any issues.Enable timely business reporting: As required to meet business requirements. Ensure key reports are able to be accessed or flow through to Reporting dashboards as required.About YouAt Santos, we believe that our people are our greatest asset.
