Responsibilities:Participate as a lead architect in professional services engagements, including customized customer onboarding, statements of work, and other customer enablement activities.Lead business requirements sessions.Develop architectural designs for customer integrations and automations.Advise on unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing best practices.Conduct production readiness assessments and advise on production deployment procedures.Conduct post-live deployment health checks and provide guidance on recipe and process optimizations.Provide thorough knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams.Become the trusted technical advisor to customers and partners from an overall solution, architecture, and implementation perspective.Contribute to the growth of the professional services department by creating or enhancing content such as presentations, demos, white papers, best practices, architecture patterns, and online courses.Lead, mentor, and train team members.Main Tasks and Duties:Conduct professional services engagements, including leading business requirements sessions, developing architectural designs, advising on best practices for testing and deployment, and conducting production readiness assessments.Perform post-live deployment health checks and provide guidance on optimizations.
Provide knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams.Develop and enhance professional services content such as presentations, demos, white papers, best practices, and architecture patterns.Mentor and upskill team members.Qualification Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Work Experience Requirements:5+ years of technology transformation consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common integration or middleware solutions and/or API management solutions.Experience in building Enterprise solutions using cloud technologies.Proven results in leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success in areas such as front-end and back-end solution architecture, enterprise architecture, development, test/release management strategies, change management, and designing solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.Experience documenting business processes and applying technology to optimize and automate these processes.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas visually and create and conduct professional presentations.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team, taking ownership of situations and problems.Professional Certificates or Training Required:Deep understanding of security and governance needs for large enterprise organizations.Summary of role requirements:Flexible hours available.More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role.Working rights required for this role.
