Reporting to the Civil Operations Coordinator, this position will liaise with Melton Council staff, residents, consultants, contractors, and other Authorities.
Provide technical and administrative support, focusing on the effective inspection, monitoring, and auditing of contractors performing Civil Maintenance, Street Cleaning, and other services.
Key Responsibilities Undertake inspections and audits regarding Civil Maintenance, Street Cleaning and other Contracts managed by Civil Operations under the guidance of senior staff.
Monitor and administer Customer Requests received by the Civil Operations team.
Administrative support to Civil Operations staff relating to Contract documents, claims and payments.
Assisting the Civil Operations Coordinator with technical and administrative support.

About you To be successful in this role you will have the following: Post-secondary qualification in administration (below diploma level) plus some experience in an administrative role, desirably in an engineering or civil construction company.
Demonstrated knowledge of Civil and Street Cleaning maintenance principles and practices.
An understanding of inspection audit and financial tools and systems.
Current valid Victorian Driver's Licence.
