Tech AnalystDuration: 6 months to 1 yearLocation: Sydney (or possibly Melbourne)Level – Mid-Junior levelJob Description Tech AnalystThere is an opportunity for an Analyst to work within a transformation program supporting risk focused user access management control uplifts across Macquarie's key businesses.
This roles is will see you engaging with tech and business stakeholders to understand key systems from a risk perspective in order to uplift their user access management controls.
In this dynamic role you will balance analytical undertakings with business risk orientated thinking, as you work collaboratively with cross functional teams to deliver the program objectives.
Roles and ResponsibilityLiaising with tech, business and risk stakeholders to understand E2E front and back office Markets systemsUse your data and analytics skills to query technical applications and infrastructure systemsSystematically work through a delivery framework to uplift applications within specific timelinesTest solutions to ensure solution completeness and resilience Analyse technical issues and formulate use cases, requirements and test cases RequirementGood communication and presentation skills, and are highly motivated self-starter, with a strong interest in the business impact of your work.Solid experience as technical analyst (or similar) coupled with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, applied statistics or a related quantitative discipline) and enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment full of complex technical and business challenges.Should have extensive experience using SQL, Microsoft Excel, Macros.
Python experience highly desirable.
