You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.The role of Technical Advisor is to provide practical guidance to team members across the business to enable the achievement of claim outcomes (regardless of the workflow) whilst also focusing on developing personal technical competence as well as that of other individuals and teams.
The role is responsible for contributing to the improvement of business outcomes by identifying opportunities for improvement and working with the various departments to create alternative claim strategies utilizing their knowledge of the Act.The role will also provide technical expertise, working with our L&D team as a subject matter expert to assist in the development of training packages and modules.
