About the Role We're looking for a passionate, talented colourist to join us as a Technical Advisor / Educator, helping stylists in Greater Sydney and regional NSW elevate their colour expertise. As part of our team, you'll be on the road, visiting salons to educate and inspire, sharing the KEUNE portfolio, and developing stylists' skills to new heights.
This role is perfect for a confident, self-motivated colourist who loves problem-solving, thrives on teaching, and enjoys presenting in front of groups. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own schedule while being an essential part of a supportive team that feels like family.

Responsibilities: Lead Inspiring Classes - You'll deliver engaging education courses at our Keune Academy and across digital channels, helping stylists expand their technical and creative expertise. Technical Support and Portfolio Guidance - You'll provide expert advice to our salons, offering colour insights and portfolio guidance that elevate their artistry and confidence. Foster Transformative Client Relationships - You'll build motivational and collaborative partnerships with our salons, supporting their journey to master Keune products and colour techniques. Drive Growth with New Accounts – through live product demos to innovative colour showcases, you'll be the expert presence that helps us welcome new clients into the Keune family. Fuel Sales through Education - Your engaging teaching style and product knowledge will naturally encourage sales growth, equipping stylists to bring their clients' visions to life. Champion Brand Initiatives - You'll also have the chance to work on special projects that build brand loyalty and awareness, making an impact beyond the classroom. What Will Make Us Sit Up and Take Notice? We're searching for a true passionate, skilled colour expert who is ready to inspire others. Here's what we'd love to see:
Colour Pro with Salon Experience - You're a qualified hairdresser with strong salon-floor experience, especially in colour, and a genuine eagerness to share your expertise. Technical Knowledge (and Passion!) - You bring a deep, technical understanding of colour and a track record of using it effectively. Experience as an Educator or Technical Advisor is a bonus—but your passion matters most. Confident Teacher & Problem-Solver - You're a natural at explaining ideas and handling challenges, thriving in group settings and inspiring others. Exceptional Communicator - Your communication skills shine in both group presentations and one-on-one coaching. Self-Motivated - You're proactive and work well independently, bringing energy and drive to every day. Driver's License Required - A valid, current driver's license is essential.
