As a Technical Account Manager, you will report to the Country Manager and be responsible for generating profitable revenue in the West Australia & Central Australia areas (includes, but not limited to Western Australia, Northern Territory & South Australian geographical areas)
Products include but are not limited to Drill Bits, Borehole Enlargement and Coring services.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Managing multiple customer accountsGenerating and acting upon leads or opportunities for ReedHycalog productsTravelling between different districts as required, including occasional wellsite locationsDelivering customer presentationsPlanning and executing delivery of solutions to our customersCollecting, processing and interpreting client drilling informationGenerating technical proposals, tender responses and other commercial documentsGenerating run reports, end of well reports and performance reports as requiredMaintaining & reporting Area financials / run records as requiredSkills and Experience Required:
Working knowledge of an engineering/production environmentWorking within Sales, Operations and Engineering at a strategic level and across multi-disciplines and locationsTechnical sales techniquesMust have the ability to present in front of large technical audienceEffective communication skillsProficiency in EnglishExperience dealing with multiple culturesMinimum 3 years in Oil & Gas industryMust be a self-motivator, and possess an ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and dynamic marketComputer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)Highschool education essential, bachelor's degree desirable but not vitalPersonal and Interpersonal Skills
Must be a determined individual with willingness to remove sales roadblocks both internally and externally.Must be ethical and conduct business with integrity
