To grow our APAC team located in Sydney we are looking for a Technical Account Manager / Project Manager. Tasks Responsible for technical and organizational leadership of client relationships and projects Technical day-to-day contact of a client portfolio to maintain a strong relationship IT Project definition, initiation, planning and execution Analyze business needs and translate to business requirements to address client needs Collaborate with the Product Owner for client requirements, planning and deployment of products Provide consultancy and training services related to the product portfolio offered (Applications, Tools, API) Coordinate releases of new features with client Work together with application support to ensure troubleshooting of technical issues Ensure that provided services and delivery standards are met Requirements Bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science or similar preferably with IT/Software/Technical background Experience with external client facing roles Project management certification and experience for 3-5 years Experience in requirement engineering and proven analytical skills Experience with Service Operations as well as agile techniques Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational, follow-up, time management and administration skills Able to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure Fluent in English, further languages would be advantageous Benefits Multicultural and international working environment Opportunity to work from home Open corporate culture with a lot of personal responsibility Supportive and collegial environment Projects in the field of digital transformation, Cloud Join our international and supportive team!
