Role Overview As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the CPE division by delivering exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support, specialising in CATIA and 3 D Experience software solutions. Your duties will include providing expert CAD Design & Analysis, Data Management, and Visualisation services. You will manage projects across pre-sales, support, services, training, and upselling, ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will lead informative workshops and webinars to highlight new CAD features, maintaining a high level of proficiency and certifications to provide effective class-led CAD training. Who are we looking for? Open to Graduates Hands-on experience with CATIA desirable but not essential. Understanding of 2 D and 3 D CAD methodologies. Knowledge of computer systems and networks. Familiar with Change & Version/Revision Management processes. Great client-facing skills to grow positive and long-term client relations. Exceptional presentation skills.
