We are seeking a Technical Supervisor to play a unique role in managing the service delivery and performance of the Trades team based in Singleton NSW. You'll work Monday-Thursday 7am-3:45pm and Fridays 7am-12pm.You must be an Australian citizen and able to obtain a Defence Security Clearance. Inspect technical Maintenance and identify where additional quality or independent inspections and checks are required, and coordinate investigate material defects and report on unsatisfactory material. Operate as part of an integrated team, within the Region and with the CommonwealthLead and provide development and training support to technical employees. This includes identifying training gaps and reporting to the Site Manager. About You:Demonstrated ability and practical experience in leadership of a maintenance team, management of maintenance activities, technical investigation, quality audits and technical inspections.Trade certificate or Certificate IV in a light/heavy vehicle mechanics.MILIS/SAP experience is advantageous.Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to coach & lead work teams.Possess a current Australian open driver license for C class of vehicles (manual).Current Australian open driver licence for medium rigid and heavy rigid (MR/HR) classes of vehicles where required.
