Tech Pr Account Director - Media Relations (Contract/Permanent)

We're a global tech PR agency that is setting up shop in Australia. You have the opportunity to get in at the start and potentially gain a long-term leadership role down the line.
Take note, because this isn't an ordinary PR job ad and we're not trying to appeal to every PR person out there. This is a very specific role.
Firstly, let's describe the problem. In most PR agencies, media relations - actually getting the results that clients want - is relegated to being a junior job. Some juniors like this work and many don't. So, you've got inexperienced people doing a job that many of them don't enjoy. Doesn't sound like a winning combination, does it?
