Our federal government client has an opening for an expert Customer Identity & Access Management professional.
The Tech Lead - CIAM plays a pivotal role within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function, situated within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at the department.

As a Customer Identity & Access Management , you will be required to:

Lead the technical design and implementation of CIAM solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.Provide guidance and technical expertise to the CIAM team, assisting in project planning and execution.Troubleshoot complex technical issues, serving as the primary escalation point for difficult problems.Design solutions for advanced CIAM challenges, leveraging emerging technologies and innovative approaches.Assist the Assistant Director in breaking down big pieces of work into smaller work packages and tasks.
The successful candidate must have:

Extensive experience in customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions as a Subject Matter Expert, including design, implementation, and optimization.Experience in other CIAM solutions such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, and Akamai is highly desirable.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on designing and implementing robust and scalable solutions.Strong understanding of automation capability with a focus on PowerShell, SCIM and APIsAbility to lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
