About the RoleAt ANZ Plus we are creating a simpler, better banking experience with a goal of improving customer financial outcomes and their engagement with ANZ Plus.
As Experimentation Lead for ANZ, you will:
Define the organisational strategy around building out our experimentation capability that is best in class.Collaborate with key technical partners (Engineering, Architecture, Platform, Data) to align on best approach for scaling an experimentation system/platform using PEGA, Launch Darkly and Adobe.Provide thought leadership and expert guidance on best practices around experimentation.Foster an organisational culture that understands and values experimentation, and where it is baked into the way we work.One of your primary objectives will be to build out an experimentation platform or system that optimises for:
Completeness: We can run experiments via all appropriate channels (ie mobile, IB, web).Scalability: We can run 100s/1000s of concurrent experiments without issues.Ease (vs Effort): The processes for running experiments and analysing results are largely automated and require minimal manual effort.Simplicity (vs Complexity): The processes are built with the end-users in mind, minimising prerequisite technical knowledge needed.What will your day look like?Actively contribute to the ANZ Plus experimentation roadmap and strategy.Build strong cross-functional relationships across ANZ, including the different ANZ Plus Value Streams, other customer communication teams in the rest of the enterprise, and stakeholders.Take the lead on finding new ways to innovate keeping up with industry best practice techniques and new tools in the market.What will you bring?Experience in experimentation, causal inference methods, technologies and processes to scale experimentation in a large organisation.Experience in Pega, LaunchDarkly, Adobe, Qualtrics, Python.
There is an expectation that you will have a strong understanding of the underlying technologies that make up the experimentation domain.Working with a complex mix of stakeholders in an environment with a high rate of change and pace.Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and play a leadership role by delivering through others outside of your immediate teams.So why join us?
