Communicate seamlessly
across R&D teams to manage dependencies and risks while ensuring smooth collaboration with Product teams.
Provide
tactical leadership
to align engineering execution with product vision.
Mentor and inspire
analytics engineers, fostering a high-performing and growth-focused team culture.
What You Bring to the Table
10+ years
of experience working with analytics, data platforms, and databases.
5+ years
of leadership experience, with a focus on empowering and developing teams.
Proven expertise in
Agile planning and execution .
Strong hands-on experience with
ETL technologies .
Mastery of
modern analytics platforms
like
Snowflake, PowerBI, and Jasper .
A passion for data visualization—turning raw numbers into
stories that drive business outcomes .
