Your journey starts as a Techcare team member based at our corporate offices in Mascot NSW.We've been on a journey over the last few years to enhance our in-house IT capability - and our Techcare Team are proud of the increased service level we now offer our business.What Will You Do?The TechCare team provide on-site IT Support Services (Desktop Support), Enjoy the variety of being part of a large IT team providing on-site technical support to executive colleagues in our corporate offices in Mascot NSW.Each day you will play an integral part in providing IT support services by:Providing onsite support to manufacturing sites across Western SydneyImaging and re-imaging of laptopsAssisting our external IT Service ProvidersProviding maintenance of both software and hardwareConfiguring user profiles and accountsAdvising users and offering guidanceMore About YouWe don't expect you to know our industry or our business, we have an internal network to support your learning that, it's your desktop support experience that we value most.
