Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service department Manage all day-to-day operations in a busy workshop Ensure the workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPIs are achieved Liaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timelines are met Provide the best possible customer service at all times whilst leading a team of technicians About you:
