The Roles:Casual Educators As a cherished member of TeamKids, you'll:
Champion the health, safety, and well-being of the children in our care.Craft and execute exciting and innovative activities that inspire and enrich young minds.Foster a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment that feels like a second home.Engage in playful fun with primary school-aged children, making every day a new adventure.Prepare delicious and nutritious food, while ensuring a sparkling clean environment.Director of Service (DOS)Join us as the Director of Service (DOS) and unleash your leadership potential. This full-time, permanent role offers flexibility for working from home between service times. You will:
Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community.Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.Manage and roster your team of passionate educators.Ensure service compliance and manage medical documentation.Be the glue that connects TeamKids with your school community.2IC (Second in Charge)As the 2IC or Second in Charge, you'll assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. This role includes:
Assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children (programming).Supporting with ensuring program compliance according to industry regulations.Interacting with parents and assisting with inquiries.Engaging with the school community by attending events, assemblies, etc., when the Director cannot attend.Playing and having fun with primary school-aged children.Co-managing or coordinating during the school holiday program.About You:We're on the hunt for confident, energetic candidates with highly polished communication skills who can effortlessly connect with a wide range of stakeholders, from children and parents to the school principal.
