About the Role:
As a Regional Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of your region, supporting Directors and Educators to deliver remarkable, fun, and safe programs. You'll also:

Manage a portfolio of 11-15 schools in your region, ensuring our OSHC programs shine. Lead a team of Directors and Educators, empowering them to grow and develop. Drive program growth, focusing on retention and innovation. Visit schools daily to connect with your team, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth operations. Represent TeamKids, embodying our values and culture in all interactions. About You: You're a natural leader who loves bringing out the best in others. A big kid at heart—you keep the fun alive while getting things done. You're collaborative, love a good challenge, and bring fresh ideas to the table. You're solution focused - willing to work through road bumps when they arise You hold a valid driver's licence and are ready to support your schools on the road. 1:1 Support : Weekly catch-ups with your Operations Manager to brainstorm, problem-solve, plan ahead, and ensure you're set up for success. Team Collaboration : Every week, you'll join other Regional Managers and your Operations Manager to set the rhythm for the week.

All Regional Managers participate in four professional development days each year—one per term. Director Mentors : Each Regional Manager is supported by two dedicated mentor schools. These expert Directors are available for up to 15 hours per week to assist with upskilling and supporting your programs. Social Environment : Fun is at the heart of TeamKids.
