Key Responsibilities:Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline, collaborating with the BDR team to generate high-quality opportunities.Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with the APAC Head of Growth to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned verticals.Revenue Achievement: Close business to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Client Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with clients, fostering growth opportunities and long-term partnerships.Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide expert-level forecasting.Collaboration: Partner with the Professional Services team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.Qualifications:Sales Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role within the mid-market or enterprise space.Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and consistently exceed targets using a structured sales methodology.Technical Expertise: Strong ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology solutions.Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering high-quality presentations.Leadership: Thrives in a competitive, numbers-driven environment and can provide coaching and training to junior team members.Industry Knowledge: Experience with ERP, Payroll, or Workforce Management software is advantageous.Why Join Us?Global Impact: Be part of a leading software provider with a strong presence across multiple continents.Professional Development: Grow your career in a dynamic, scale-up environment with ample opportunities for advancement.Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team that values innovation and excellence.Competitive Package: Enjoy a lucrative compensation structure, including uncapped earnings potential.Application Process:Even if you don't match all the criteria, you may be perfect for this role.
