As a Team Scheduler, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of this plumbing and heating company. You'll be responsible for coordinating and optimising the daily schedules of the technicians, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage daily work schedules for plumbing and heating technicians based on job priority, location, and technician availability.Provide excellent customer service by confirming appointments, updating customers on service progress, and handling rescheduling requests.Maintain accurate records of job assignments, technician schedules, and customer interactions using scheduling software.Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.Work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.Ideal CandidateWe're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service.
The ideal candidate will have:
