About us: Central Queensland Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Service provides specialist mental health, substance and alcohol-related care to residents of Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gladstone, Banana, Woorabinda, and Central Highlands areas (catchments in excess of a population of 250,000) with services located in each area.
In addition, there is an Adult Step Up Step Down facility located in Gladstone and a Community Care Unit located in Rockhampton.
The Central Queensland Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Services works in collaboration with local hospitals, other mental health, alcohol, and other drugs teams, as well as primary health, community, and private sector providers to reduce the symptoms of mental illness and facilitate recovery.
About the role: The Team Manager Partnerships and Recovery will effectively contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership Group within Central Queensland Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (CQMHAODS) to lead a team to deliver contemporary mental health services.
This role provides operational management and leadership for a team of specialist positions working across CQMHAODS and who are physically located in locations across CQMHAODS. The role applies well-developed clinical knowledge and skill by managing human, financial, and resources to contribute to the strategic direction of the service. This role provides authoritative counsel to internal and external stakeholders.About you: Mandatory qualification/s: The successful applicant must possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a current annual nursing practicing certificate Division One is essential.OR
