Receiving training and ongoing support, you will be able to operate high speed production and process equipment completing duties such as: Equipment cleaning.Ingredient processing & batch making.Monitoring production activity, resolving / escalating issues which impact production targets.Manage packaging and product changeovers.Using systems to accurately report on production data and quality checks.About You Our chosen Production Team Members will have: A proactive mindset that will see you keep on top of the tasks on your shift.Good verbal and written communication skills to manage day to day tasks, breakdowns, quality, and safety issues and escalations.Eagerness to learn your production line.A disciplined attitude to work safely in your environment and around the plant.Full time permanent Australian work rightsExcellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn different equipment.You might be currently working in roles such as - cleaner, chef, aged care, food safety, warehousing or a large FMCG retailer etc. Our recruitment process includes: Face to face interview onsite group assessment activity and factory tour MedicalReference checks.
