Permanent, full-time positionBased at Parramatta or KogarahHybrid working model after trainingHow will I help? As a Team Member in our Home Ownership Service Centre, you will assist with resolving complex enquiries for Westpac Group Mortgage products and services.
In your new role, you will assist our brokers and branches with mortgage queries, from initial application to settlement and post-settlement.
Your responsibilities will include managing inbound calls, handling originations and ensuring effective risk management.
This position will be based onsite at either our Parramatta or Kogarah offices, with shift times of 8:30am – 8pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be office-based initially, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid arrangement after six months in the role.
