About the Role Working in a fast-paced team environment on one of our client's sites, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficient management of both physical and electronic mailroom records.
You'll be involved in a variety of tasks such as file creation, storage, sentencing and retrieval through to liaising with customers and handling queries.
The role will also do the coverage of the corporate reception from time to time.
Scope of the role includes: Daily mail and courier management File creations and retrievals Daily data entry and record keeping Handling and resolving phone and email enquiries Ad hoc administration and duties Involving some moderate to heavy lifting About you To be successful in this role, you should display a positive "can-do" attitude and you understand the importance of being a highly reliable individual.
You have a keen eye for details and always ensure your work is accurate.
In addition, you have a good level of computer literacy coupled with great communication skill.
You have an excellent administrative, time management and organisation skills and most importantly you have the desire to deliver and exceed our client expectations.
