Team Member For High-Performing Sales Team

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive-level administrative support to the team leader and senior executives
• Support with document creation, co ordination with photographers and suppliers
• Assist with client communication, property marketing, e-news mailouts, mail merges,  and follow-up tasks with efficiency and professionalism
• Attend open homes, auctions and property inspections
• Maintain social media content with social tiles, reels and fresh ideas for marketing 
• Assist with overall team operations
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate or a similar industrySocial Media and Design skills advantageous, creativity required  Exceptional organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Canva, Real estate software experience with CRM systems is a plusAbility to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle pressure with poiseStrong attention to detail and commitment to supporting a high-performing teamFlexible working hours What we offer:
