Day to day you will be involved in: Leading and mentoring a high performing team, recognising even exceptionally capable performers can still grow and developWorking with the State Manager to continuously foster relationships with preferred provider network of employers and insurersManaging a reduced caseload and assisting with some assessmentsMaintaining or finding ways to possibly even improve on the complete focus of quality outcomes and strong relationshipsThis provider has not had to recruit externally for a Team Manager in Sydney for some time, so this is rare. You'll be working with a highly engaged and performing team that are not wanting to step up at the moment, this is definitely not a negative. In order to add value to this team, you'll need to be either an experienced Senior Rehab Consultant with over 3 years in Occupational Rehabilitation, or a Team Manager looking for a change. AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC registration are required as well as full working rights.
