We are proudly partnering with a boutique provider in the Occupational Rehabilitation field who have a rare opportunity to join as a Team Manager at this level. Our client is quality-focused and a highly regarded provider in WA with an experienced team of consultants.
Day to day, you will be involved in:
Leading and mentoring a high-performing team, recognising that even exceptionally capable performers can still grow and develop. Working with the Executive team to continuously foster relationships with the preferred provider network of employers, insurers, and clients. Possibly managing a small minimal caseload focusing on successful return to work outcomes (role is heavily focused on leadership). To add value to this team, you'll need to be either an experienced Senior Rehab Consultant with over 4-5 years in Occupational Rehabilitation or an Occupational Rehabilitation Team Manager looking for a change. AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC registration is required, as well as full working rights.
