They are currently building their leadership team and recruiting both OES and Team Managers as part of their structure.Salary $110k - $125k + super + bonusFlexible working conditions (work from home when not seeing clients or your team)Help build and lead a newly created state, existing contracts already in placeHuge growth potential in this role with multiple teams and regionsReporting into a state manager (currently being recruited), this is a rare and exciting opportunity to join at this level, where you will be assisting with the growth and leadership of a team of either NES or OES consultants, depending on your training and experience. Our client will offer you opportunities not widely available elsewhere, as they continue to grow and expand into new regions.Key areas of the role are:Managing a team of consultants, providing training, coaching, support and leadershipCapability building and performance management across the team, creating succession plans and identifying development opportunitiesCarrying a reduced caseload of either OES / NES files / clientsDriving operational performance, growth, and innovation across the teamYou will be an accomplished Occupational Rehabilitation professional who values quality over quantity and has the ability to get the best out of a team without managing by numbers. You'll also have:3+ years Occupational Rehabilitation industry experience (essential)Currently either a Team Manager or highly experienced Senior Rehabilitation ConsultantA passion for people, service delivery and innovationStrong WorkSafe knowledgeEither AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC registration (essential)Opportunities to step up like this don't come up often, so don't delay in getting your resume across.
