As a Team Manager, you will have reporting lines of claims management staff falling under your leadership, with a focus on Front-End or Early Intervention Workers compenstion claims. You will play an important role in ensuring your team is both well supported to achieve the best out of their work, and performing in line with our strong customer service and claims management standards.
