Team Manager - GPC Distribution Centre Brisbane - Full TimeOversee the running of a high performing distribution centre, implement strategies to increase performance & deliver exceptional service standards. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will provide quality operational assistance that will contribute to the profitability and growth of our business.
The Team Managers are required to closely supervise a work team in a hands-on capacity, ensuring that employees are productive and perform work in accordance with all company guidelines and procedures, including all OH&S practices.
You will be responsible for: Organising and motivating work teams within your sectionEnsuring KPI reporting in line with Distribution Centre reporting processes and targetsAttending and providing input at daily performance review meetingsImproving stock accuracy/store order accuracy to support strong availability for the customerTo be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in a supervisorial-management role preferredConfident and engaging communication skillsStrong knowledge of safe work practicesAdaptability and flexibilityLooking after you: We are committed to ensuring our people are well looked after.
